So I have been extremely busy with planning lots of Lady Muck events, I have a Christmas market stall at Green park station market in Bath on December 11th which is a Sunday. I will be selling lots of xmas treats such as Luxury Christmas cakes, Pickled eggs and onions , Ginger bread houses, Edible Christmas tree decorations and of course Cupcakes.

Iam also doing a event called meet the maker which is in Wells, this event is for Love Local which is a website that sells local products from people located in Somerset and Devon

Trick or Treat in this case Treat!

Tonight I made this cake. It's a Chocolate and Orange Layer cake filled with Vanilla buttercream and decorated with coloured icing. This cake was made for a Halloween party!

Exciting News

Iam very proud to say that some of lady Muck's Cupcakes will be making a visit to number 10 Downing Street next Wednesday. The reason behind this is to promote a local buisness venture "Love Local".

Also Iam in the process of making a website www.ladymuckskitchen.com this website will feature my Cakes and other Treats it will be an expansion of my blog!.

For the love Food Festival I will be baking the following Cupcakes:

Rich Chocolate Cupcakes – Chocolate sponge topped with Milk chocolate icing and various decorations

Local Honey Cupcakes – Honey sponge topped with Honeycombe icing

Eton Mess Cupcakes; Strawberry sponge topped with a creamy icing finished with Meringue

Somerset Scrumpy Cider Cupcakes – Cider sponge topped with cider icing, decorated with fondant apple decoration.
