Chocolate Orange Cupcakes baked for local Tea party.

Things have been pretty hectic lately, with the move to my new house. But now that I'm settled in, I shall be baking and updating this more frequently. Here's some cupcakes I baked today.
Flavour: Chocolate cupcakes with a rich ganache topping.

What's on the menu for Love Food Festival

For the love Food Festival I will be baking the following Cupcakes:

Rich Chocolate Cupcakes – Chocolate sponge topped with Milk chocolate icing and various decorations

Local Honey Cupcakes – Honey sponge topped with Honeycombe icing

Eton Mess Cupcakes; Strawberry sponge topped with a creamy icing finished with Meringue

Somerset Scrumpy Cider Cupcakes – Cider sponge topped with cider icing, decorated with fondant apple decoration.

All for just £1!

Green Park Station Market 28/05/11

Some more pictures of my first stall. The cakes on sale were; Strawberry & cream & Marshmallow sponge with rich vanilla icing. I tried to make them as appealing as possible using pretty and bright toppers such as red roses & colourful sugar strands.

Lady Mucks first stall

Yesterday i had my first stall in Green park station market, the weather was rubbish and with it being bank holiday weekend it was quiet. However i met some lovely people that were very helpful. More photos to follow
