Today i looked at the application form for Artizan market in Frome. I think this would be a good starting point for selling my Cakes. I'm going to produce some best of British cupcakes with proper British and local ingredients such as Local honey, Somerset cider and Earl Grey!

also from now on il try and take more professional images.

Rum & Pineapple Cupcakes

These were baked using white rum & crystalised Pineapple chunks, I also used Pineapple extract in the sponge mix instead of the usual vanilla.

Bright Sherbet Cupcakes

These cupcakes have sherbet in the icing!

Union Jack Cupcakes

Marshmallow Cupcakes with a Union Jack design. I thought it was a good idea, what with the Royal Wedding being just around the corner.

These were baked for charity. The icing was white chocolate, i think the icing tasted like the white chocolate mice you used to get in sweet shops!
