when in London I visited the Hummingbird Bakery, This made me extremely happy as I use Hummingbird Bakery cookbooks on a regular basis. The Cupcake I tasted was the lightest cake I had ever had!

It's been a while!

So it's been a while since I last blogged on here, I have still been busy baking so now it's time to update and show you what I've been up to!

So I have been extremely busy with planning lots of Lady Muck events, I have a Christmas market stall at Green park station market in Bath on December 11th which is a Sunday. I will be selling lots of xmas treats such as Luxury Christmas cakes, Pickled eggs and onions , Ginger bread houses, Edible Christmas tree decorations and of course Cupcakes.

Iam also doing a event called meet the maker which is in Wells, this event is for Love Local which is a website that sells local products from people located in Somerset and Devon

Trick or Treat in this case Treat!

Tonight I made this cake. It's a Chocolate and Orange Layer cake filled with Vanilla buttercream and decorated with coloured icing. This cake was made for a Halloween party!

Exciting News

Iam very proud to say that some of lady Muck's Cupcakes will be making a visit to number 10 Downing Street next Wednesday. The reason behind this is to promote a local buisness venture "Love Local".
